👋🏼🤓 Just found you today. Almost everything you said in this video is me lately 🤦🏻‍♂️ We share so many similarities. I am 48 and a mother of 2 adult sons and grandmother of 3. I went from 347lbs to 191lbs several years ago doing lowcarb and later keto and have gained and lost weight so many times since then. I’m up 80lbs right now and feeling awful. Trying to find my way to turn back around… again. I have dealt with chronic pain, degenerative spinal issues and several autoimmune issues, etc for decades. My body has me completely down right now and looking at a couple more surgeries and waiting on some very serious test results right now. I’m anxious, depressed and mad/frustrated at myself for allowing myself to do this to myself… AGAIN 🤦🏻‍♂️. Why do I do this?!? Ugh. I could go on all day, but I just wanted to say hello and say I appreciate this channel and your vulnerability and honesty. I also see that you haven’t been posting in quite a while and I wonder if you are ok? I hope you are doing well and maybe just busy with life and family. But if you are struggling too, I wanted to let you know that you are not alone and I wish you well ❤ I plan to watch all your videos and I subscribed in case you come back soon and share more of your experiences and wisdom with us. I found your channel while reading up on sleeve surgery i am scheduled for surgery in 25 days and i am having 2nd thoughts about it. Your keto is very helpful i am going to try and start this today. Even though i am supposed to start shrink the liver on Nov 21st. You are very easy to follow thank you. I will let you know if i postponed my surgery or not

I believe that Fibromyalgia is small fiber neuropathy. If you use Benfotamine (Fat Soluble B1) it will penetrate the myelin sheath.

Your recipes look delish but for me on purée stage it’s not thin enough. My nutritionists says food should be consistency of apple sauce. These seem more soft food stage. Thanks fo recipes.
